Mr. John C. Gray, Jr.
Mr. Gray is a graduate of
Oxford College at Emory University, as well as Emory
University, and the University of Florida where he majored
in Political Science & Real Estate Law.
Mr. Gray started his career
with Jaymont Properties, the developer of Major
Office Buildings and Commercial properties around the World
and locally owned the downtown Orlando buildings which include
the Citrus Tower, the Signature Plaza
Building, the

N. Orange Office Tower, as well as owning the "Jaymont Block" which is currently the location
of a large residential-office-retail project in downtown
Orlando called "Premier Plaza". Mr. Gray was the top producer for Jaymont
"Premier Plaza"
Commercial Brokerage during his four year term with Jaymont.
(1984-1988)
Upon leaving Jaymont in
1988, Mr. Gray founded The Pinnacle Companies, a
Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company. Out of "Pinnacle"
grew over 15
separate companies in
19
years, which Mr. Gray is directly responsible for generating
over $250 million in commercial brokerage
sales specializing in Retail, Multi-Family, Commercial
Land Development sales, as well as public/private stewardship to be left for generations to come to enjoy.
With the over 15 companies, Mr. Gray has owned, developed and sold an additional $150 million of properties comprised
of residential communities, commercial retail, interchange
commercial, industrial, and shopping center projects.
In addition to these
accomplishments, Mr. Gray consulted on a number of
projects including "Old North
State Club" in Charlotte, North Carolina, an exclusive town Fazio
designed Private Golf Club, with Partners Dominion,
Resources, Inc. and Marketing Group East‑West Partners,
Inc.
He has also facilitated
the Sales of charitable gifting of several key Central Florida Properties that were placed in
public ownership as stewards for their lands in Central Florida. The first was Gemini
Springs Park, the Dr. Hugh West Memorial Park; as well
as "Jessup's Landing Park", totaling several thousand acres.
These accomplishments involved working with Federal, State
and Local governments, as well as, the Trust for Public
Land, Florida Communities Trust and the St. Johns River Water Management District.
Mr. Gray has received numerous awards for development
projects and charitable contributions to communities such as
the prized Aurora Award for one of the finest residential
communities in the Southeast United States, "River
Oaks" a Marina Village which is Old Florida Vernacular
Architecture and preservation of a Historic Riverboat
Landing and Oak Hammock.
Currently, Mr. Gray is developing "East Park Village" which
consists of 335,000 square feet and over $110 million of
high end Commercial Retail, Office Condominiums, Medical
Condominiums, a Wellness Center located in the White Hot
Lake Nona Medical Research Corridor in Southeast Orlando.
Mr.
Gray is also developing the 35 million dollar project of
"The Estates of Sorrento Springs" a 200 lot High End Golf Course,
which is part of The Sorrento
Springs 678 home Community, which has been voted the Best
Community in Lake County for the third consecutive year
since 2005.
Mr. Gray began restoring the
Family Compound and Estate of the Former Owners of Parker
Brothers Games (Monopoly), on Man-O-War Cay in Abaco,
Bahamas. This endeavor requires
working with the local District Council and the Bahamian
government to restore the Harbour and Marina. The 20
million dollar "Sea Glass Found" project is currently well
underway and is in the final stages of development, which will allow
for Yachts up to 140 feet in length and averaging 80-90 feet
to dock safely in a protected "Hurricane Hole". With 20 acres
and 5 private Beaches, this property is clearly the "Jewel
of the Abacos".
Mr. Gray is a Licensed Real
Estate Broker and maintains his Company offices, Pinnacle
Realty Services, Inc, dba "The Pinnacle Companies", in
Central Florida and has owned and operated under Pinnacle
Investment Partners I & II, Pinnacle Shopping Centers, Inc.,
Pinnacle Development & Construction, Inc., Gray Family, LLC,
K-T-No. 1, LLC, Eagle Dunes, LLC, Eagle Dunes II, LLC, Grand
Pointe Investments, Ltd (a Bahamian Corporation), Gray
Investments, LLC, Pinnacle Aviation Partners, Inc., Pinnacle
Jets, LLC, and Pinnacle Jets II, LLC. |
